Instructions: Take one beta pack and mix it in one pouch of LifeMax and completely shake and mix up the powder. If you take one equal serving a day for 30 days each serving will provide enough Beta Glucan according to scientific study for a 150 pound person. (If you divide into 50 servings you will have enough for about a 100 pound person daily for almost two months.)

Many individuals put the product in eight ounces of high quality filtered water then take one teaspoon each day for each 100 pounds of weight. There are 48 teaspoons in eight ounces of water. As example a 125 pound person would take one and one fourth teaspoon. Make sure you keep the solution in the refridgerator and completely mix the solution before each use.
